Changing the Site Owner
Only the current Site Owner can nominate a replacement. The nominee must already appear on your site’s People list and hold the Site Administrator role.
Eligibility
The proposed Site Owner has to be a member of the University. Card status will be verified when the nominee is invited to sign into the Fresco site during the transfer process.
The following are not eligible to be a Site Owner:
- Academic Visitor
- Card Holder
- Retirees
- Registered PT student
- Undergraduate student
- Virtual access (academic and non-academic)
- VRO student
Ineligible card types: AV, CB, CL, FB, FR, FS, PT, UG, VA, VC, VD, VR, VV and VX
How to change Site Owner
To start the transfer, submit a Service Request to the Fresco Service team using the “Issue or Question” form and include:
- Full name
- SSO username
- Email address
- Preferred ownership transfer date
