Role: Site Administrator, Site Manager

Content looks exactly the same in every instance where it is displayed, and updating the source content updates all of the instances. This ensures information is consistent and correct across your site.

Getting started

  • Go to Content > Reusable content tab
  • Select the blue plus button +Add Reusable content
  • This opens a new page
  • Select the blue plus button to Add Section
  • Add components as required 

Using reusable content

  • Add component Reusable content
  • Search for your item
  • Apply

 

  • Beta Add Reusable content at Section layout level
    • Avoids nesting components

Updating reusable content

  • Go to Content > Reusable content tab
  • Find your item in the list
  • Use the Edit (default) or Delete options in the Operations column drop-down menu
